Do all The Egg & I Restaurants have a free, private meeting room?
You will find a free, private meeting room in 99% of The Egg & I Restaurants. Visit The Egg & I Restaurants online to see which restaurant locations offer this service.

Can I use your free, private meeting room for a personal party or event?
We are proud to offer our guests this convenience and cost-effective alternative to a banquet hall or conference room. For whatever reason, business or pleasure, breakfast or lunch, or both, let us work with you to ensure your meeting, party or event is a success for your closest friends, esteemed colleagues, church group, non-profit organization, sports club or perhaps for your book club. We are happy to work with you to accommodate the needs of your meeting, party or event.

Is there a room charge?
There is no charge for our free, private meeting room when 1) the guest count is 10 or more and 2) the total food and beverage purchase averages a minimum of $10 per person.

Are there specific days and times I may reserve the meeting room?
Our free, private meeting room is typically available from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday thru Friday. Some restaurants may have restrictions on the availability of the room due to peak service times or holidays.

Our free, private meeting room is available to book in 2-hour increments. Depending on availability, it might be possible for you to reserve a 4-hour time period. When you make your reservation either online, via telephone or in person, you will learn if it might be possible to book the room for longer than 2 hours.

How many people can your meeting room accommodate, what amenities are available and can the tables and chairs be configured to meet the needs of my group?
The size of our meeting room does vary by restaurant. Please visit The Egg & I Restaurants online to find any restaurant location to see the details pertaining to the meeting room to include how many people can be accommodated and what other amenities are available such as free Wi-Fi access and/or a HD-LCD-TV Monitor. Depending on the size of your group, we can configure the tables and chairs to best meet the needs of your group, e.g. u-shaped, school room or a board room/conference table configuration.

What do I need to reserve the date, time and space for my meeting or event?
Visit Meet At The Egg to book our free private meeting room online. Or you may call or visit the restaurant to book your reservation.

Is there a different rate for children?
We offer a Kids' Menu available for children ages 10 and under. Please visit The Egg & I Restaurants online to see our Kids' Menu.

How far in advance must the menu be selected?
You may make your menu selections at the same time you reserve the meeting room. Or orders may be placed upon arrival at the restaurant if you prefer. If you would like to order the price-fixed breakfast buffet, we do ask that you call the General Manager of The Egg & I Restaurant a minimum of 48 hours in advance to discuss your buffet preferences in order to ensure your buffet is setup and ready for your group's arrival.

Will a server be assigned to our meeting?
We will schedule the appropriate number of The Egg & I Restaurant servers to ensure our meeting room guests receive an exemplary dining experience just as they would receive if joining us in our dining room. If you prefer, you may select our price-fixed breakfast buffet menu which will mean fewer interruptions during the course of your meeting or event.

What form of payment do you accept?
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You may request one check or ask for individual checks if preferred.

Is there a cancellation charge?
While we do not charge a fee to cancel your meeting room reservation, we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if possible. We do need to know a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your pre-ordered breakfast buffet.

Can a cake be brought in to celebrate a birthday, bridal shower or other special occasion or event?
Please feel free to bring a cake to your meeting or event and please let us know in advance so we are prepared to provide you with plates and utensils. We do not charge a cake cutting fee.

May I bring any personal decorations into the Meeting Room?
Yes, additional decorations, such as centerpieces, banners, balloons, etc, are more than welcome and we just ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to decorate the room. We do ask that you not use staples, tacks, push pins, scotch tape or glue as adhesives. Masking tape and mounting adhesive putty are allowed. We ask that your event organizer be responsible for the set up and removal of any decorations.
